Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Creator Compass (hereafter “the Program”), operated by D. Dreessen, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chambers of Commerce: 91706068). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to D. Dreessen
• “You”, “Your” refers to the customer, user, or participant
• “Program” refers to The Creator Compass, including all video content, resources, Skool community access, and live sessions

2. Access and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Program.

Access is granted after full payment is completed via our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Upon purchase, you receive access to a private Skool community with course materials and optional collaboration opportunities.

3. What’s Included

When you purchase the Program, you receive:

• 5+ hours of video lessons on personal branding and creator growth
• Access to a private Skool community
• Optional live sessions and collaboration offers (Affiliate, Gifted, or Paid Partnerships)
• Ongoing updates to content when available

We reserve the right to modify or update parts of the Program at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Payment may be one-time or in installments, depending on the option selected during checkout.

In the case of installment payments, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program, no refunds will be provided after purchase unless otherwise stated explicitly at the time of sale (e.g. limited-time guarantees). Please review product details carefully before buying.

6. Use Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, or commercially exploit any part of the Program without written permission.

Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.

In case of violation of this term we reserve the rights to take further (legal) steps.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program (videos, worksheets, text, visuals, community material) is the intellectual property of D. Dreessen. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Results from applying the Program content may vary. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

The Program is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Program will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Program.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in harmful, abusive, or unethical conduct in the Skool community
• You attempt to misuse content or the platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
